Understand your glass repair options throughout your contract

If you have insurance included in your package, then getting your windscreen repaired couldn't be easier - call our Driverline on 020 3322 2601 (Option 1 and then Option 4) and provide your insurance certificate number - our windscreen repair partner, Autoglass, will do the rest.

If you don’t have insurance included, you will need to contact your insurance provider directly.

What’s included with glass repair?

Autoglass are our windscreen partner for Octopus-insured drivers. And they offer the following services:

  1. Repairs - they’ll repair chips, scratches, or minor cracks at your home, office, or one of their local sites. We will always repair where possible, and this is at no cost to you.

  2. Replacements - if a repair is not possible then a replacement will be provided. A replacement carries a small insurance excess of £75. Please be aware that there is a possibility that Autoglass may need to order your new windscreen in, so please provide as much notice as possible.
