If you have insurance included in your contract, getting your windscreen repaired couldn't be easier. Just call our Driverline on 020 3322 2601 (Option 1 and then Option 4) and share your insurance certificate number (On your insurance policy documentation) - our windscreen repair partner, Autoglass, will do the rest.
If you don’t have insurance included, you will need to contact your insurance provider directly.
What’s included with glass repair?
Autoglass is our windscreen partner for Octopus-insured drivers. They offer the following services:
Repairs - they’ll repair chips, scratches, or minor cracks at your home, office, or one of their local sites. We’ll always repair where possible, and this is at no cost to you.
Replacements - if it's not possible to repair your windscreen we’ll arrange a replacement. A replacement carries a small insurance excess of £75. Autoglass may need to order your new windscreen in, so please provide as much notice as possible.
