Secured supply orders
Supply cars are deals we’ve arranged directly with our dealership partners. These can include factory-style cars with exclusive discounts, or cars we’ve pre-ordered in popular specs and colours, so they’re ready to be delivered sooner.
Once you’ve signed your contracts:
We’ll raise your order with the relevant dealer
The dealer will confirm when they’ve accepted the order
If the car is already built, the dealer will arrange for it to be transported to your home address and will keep us updated on progress.
Delaying delivery is generally not allowed, and vehicles must be delivered as soon as possible after they are ready.
Factory orders
Factory orders are built from scratch based on the exact configuration you’ve chosen on our website - so they can take a little longer to arrive.
Once you’ve signed your contracts, your order follows a similar pathway as a secured supply car:
We’ll raise your order with the dealer
The dealer confirms your order with the manufacturer
The factory builds your car according to your chosen specification.
The dealer will keep us updated on the progress of your order, and when it’s likely to be in transit
Once it’s ready for delivery, the dealer will arrange a suitable date with you directly.
Delivery delays are generally not allowed, and vehicles must be delivered as soon as possible after they are ready.
Approved used cars
Approved used cars are vehicles that have either been previously leased through us or had a life as a demo car, and returned in excellent condition. Each car is carefully inspected and refurbished to a high standard, and professionally cleaned inside and out.
Once you’re signed your contracts:
Our logistics partners will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date
They’ll deliver the car to your home on the agreed day.
Delivery delays are generally not allowed, and vehicles must be delivered as soon as possible after they are ready.
Estimated delivery windows
As soon as the dealer confirms your order, we will email you a link to track the different stages and your estimated delivery window. Delivery scheduling coordination is handled by the dealership or manufacturer, who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Delivery dates are purely estimates and are subject to change. If there are any significant changes to your estimated delivery, we’ll contact you. If you need assistance with your EV order, please contact the team.
Delivery timing requests are subject to dealership or manufacturer approval and availability, and vehicles cannot be stored indefinitely by the dealership or manufacturer.
