In a nutshell: you get a high-quality pre-loved EV at a lower price, with all of the benefits our regular packages offer, from home and public charging discounts to deals on green home tech.

Besides making the eco-friendly and greener choice, you’re getting an EV in good nick, with sweet tech, for a lot less money, and often a lot quicker.

The only trade-off is a little surface-level wear and tear, which our refurbishment wizards minimise before delivery, and we make sure it’s in line with the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Guidelines.

We make sure every approved used car is delivered with at least three months left of MOT on it. When your MOT is due, we’ll send you reminders to get it booked in. Once a car hits 3 years old, annual MOTs are required.

Annual services are also encouraged too and when servicing is due, the vehicle should display a notification on the dashboard.

If you have maintenance included in your contract, MOTs and Servicing are included and you won’t need to pay for getting these checks done (or any associated costs). To book your vehicle in for service or MOT, you will need to call our Driverline to book it in. They will book you into your local dealership or closest partnered garage.

It varies, but most of our approved used cars get delivered in under four weeks (and in some cases, as little as two). Once you’ve completed the paperwork for your lease, our team will refurbish and valet your car, then get in touch to confirm a delivery date.

We can’t finalise a delivery date until you have confirmed your order, but our sales team should be able to give you an indication of lead times for different cars before you make your decision.

We can share photos with you once we’ve refurbished and inspected your car, so that we can show you exactly what your car will look like when it arrives on your doorstep. We’ll get these to you as soon as we can – we know you’re excited (we are too)!

Yes - every approved used EV we offer comes with a battery that’s been tested for performance. We check capacity, range, and charging behaviour to make sure the battery still works well and hasn’t lost significant range.

Whilst EV batteries naturally lose a bit of range over time, the ones we approve are still in great shape. If it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t make it onto our platform.

Our Sales Team will be able to confirm the age and current mileage of your preferred vehicle before we proceed with your order. But please note, when your EV arrives there may be a few more miles on the clock (after being driven to your door).

Absolutely. Just let your EV Expert know what you’re looking for, and they’ll check our current stock to see if anything fits. If we don’t have the right match right now, we can add you to our waiting list and let you know as soon as something suitable comes in.

Because we work with logistics partners, we don’t have cars on site ready to be test-driven (yet). However, we are doing more and more test drive days. So, please keep an eye out on our website, or register your interest.

Approved used vehicles in our salary sacrifice package all have less than 54 months and 70,000 miles on the clock at the start of their lease.
