If you’ve changed your address, please let us know by filling out this form. We recommend you let us know at least one week before your move. It can take up to 72 hours for the update to be processed across all systems once you’ve filled in the form. We’ll update our systems, as well as letting our third-party partners know (like our insurance provider).
If you don’t have insurance included in your package with us, you’ll also need to let your insurance provider know. Additionally, you can use the same address update form to ensure that lease agreements and insurance policies are updated accordingly. Prompt action will help to avoid delays or issues with essential documentation.

If you’ve changed your name on your driving licence you’ll need to re-complete your e-declaration using your new licence details.
