Keeping your personal details up to date is crucial to make sure you stay insured

I’ve moved home, do I need to let you know?

If you’ve changed your address, please let us know so that we can update our systems accordingly. You can let us know by filling out this form.

We’ll update our systems, as well as letting our third-party partners know (like our insurance provider). If you don’t have insurance included in your package with us, you’ll also need to let your insurance provider know.

I want to use a different email address for my Octopus Electric Vehicles account, what should I do?

We want to make sure you hear from us and get updates about your EV in the easiest way for you. If you need to change your contact details, just let us know by sending us an email with the requested change so our support team can update our systems.

My last name has changed, do I need to let you know?

If your last name has changed, please let us know by getting in touch with us. We need to be aware of any changes to your name, so we can update our systems and inform our partners.

Once we know, we can update any relevant policies and certificates (if you’re insured with us). If insurance isn’t included in your scheme, please inform your insurance provider and send us a new certificate.

If you’ve changed your name on your driving licence you’ll need to re-complete your e-declaration using your new licence details.
