Contract amendments are only available for customers that have a salary sacrifice contract with us.
How to make changes to your contract
You can request to change your contract, for changes like your mileage and contract length.
Here’s what you need to know:
You can make amendments from 6 months after your car has been delivered, and up to 6 months before your Salary Sacrifice agreement ends.
You can make a maximum of one amendment every 12 months - This will impact the amount you pay.

Submitting a request to amend your contract will generate a new quote that reflects your new adjusted cost. This new cost will be based on your specific changes i.e. mileage change or contract term length.

If you’re looking to amend your contract because you expect to exceed your agreed mileage, it’s worth checking your excess mileage rate first (you can find this in your contract). In some cases, it may actually work out cheaper to pay the excess mileage fee at the end of your agreement rather than increasing your contracted mileage now.
If you’d like to amend your contract due to an increase in expected mileage, it’s important to know that any changes are calculated using current market rates. This means your updated contract may differ from your original agreement and could increase in cost.
Once you submit a mileage amendment request, we’ll generate a quote based on your updated mileage, contract details, and vehicle depreciation at the time of the request. Nothing will change unless you review and approve the quote first, so you’ll always stay in control of the process.
It’s also worth bearing in mind that timing can affect the cost of a mileage amendment. Requests made later in your lease may work out more expensive, as the additional mileage costs are spread across a shorter remaining term.
Transferring your car to a colleague
If you’d like to end your contract early and have a colleague who wants to take it over, we can arrange this by transferring the contract to the new driver.
Here’s how it works:
Speak to your HR team after applying to change your agreement - they’ll introduce us to the new driver
We’ll send new paperwork for your HR team and new driver to sign
Before the handover, we’ll inspect the car for any damage and carry out any necessary repairs. If there’s damage beyond fair wear and tear, you (as the current driver) will need to cover the cost
All paperwork and checks must be completed within your 30-day notice period, so please make sure the new driver is ready before starting the process.
